As a Bridge-maker, Josh finds his purpose and fulfillment in coaching people to find and prepare the way for their best lives. Josh is a local entrepreneur, owning and operating an insurance agency and childcare center.
Attending the University of Dubuque, Josh received a B.A. in Health, as well as an MBA. Before graduating, he also earned wrestling honors, being a 4X All-American and National Champion for the Spartans.
Outside of work he enjoys quality time with his wife and business partner, Tina, and their children - Jenesis (2018) and Shiloh (2020), JT (2022), and Olive (2024). Together they enjoy community involvement, traveling, and serving in their local church. Josh’s mantra and principle to live by is “How you do anything is how you do everything”.
